ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 小蓝视频 (鈥溞±妒悠� Media鈥�) (Nasdaq: FWONA, FWONK, LLYVA, LLYVK) and Dorna Sports, S.L. (鈥淒orna鈥�), the exclusive commercial rights holder of the MotoGP鈩� World Championship (鈥淢otoGP鈥�), announced today that 小蓝视频 Media has completed its acquisition of Dorna.
Following transaction close, 小蓝视频 Media鈥檚 Formula One Group is composed of its subsidiaries Formula 1, MotoGP and Quint, and other minority investments.
