Employee Benefit Plans	(15)Employee Benefit Plans 听小蓝视频 is the sponsor of the 小蓝视频 Media 401(k) Savings Plan (the "小蓝视频 401(k) Plan"), which provides its employees and the employees of certain of its subsidiaries an opportunity for ownership in the Company and creates a retirement fund.听听The 小蓝视频 401(k) Plan provides for employees to make contributions to a trust for investment in 小蓝视频 common stock, as well as several mutual funds.听听The Company and its subsidiaries make matching contributions to the 小蓝视频 401(k) Plan based on a percentage of the amount contributed by employees.听听In addition, certain of the Company's subsidiaries have similar employee benefit plans.听听Employer cash contributions to all plans aggregated $11 million, $12 million and $12 million for each of the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
