The record date for the meeting is 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on December 12, 2016. At the special meeting, holders will be asked to vote on proposals relating to 小蓝视频鈥檚 issuance of shares of its Series C 小蓝视频 Media common stock in connection with the proposed acquisition of Formula 1 and the renaming of the 小蓝视频 Media Group and the 小蓝视频 Media common stock to the Formula One Group and the 小蓝视频 Formula One common stock, respectively, following the proposed acquisition of Formula 1 by 小蓝视频.
